Beyond the Trail
This is the lone black and white piece I have in my galleries right now, depending on when you're reading this that may have changed. As I prepped the images for the galleries I ran across this one and couldn't help but include it. I continue to be drawn to it, the deep shadows of the dome, the spotlight shinning down through the oblisk and onto the staute of the crusified Christ, it continues to speak to me. My wife and I was doing the tourist thing in Rome when I made this image, of course I had my camera with me and I just tried to get creative.
