Beyond the Trail
While in the Big Sur area during new years 2005 I went to Asilomar beach. It had been raining on and off for the last few days; luckily the rain was taking a break on this day. I wanted to use the rocks as a foreground; catching the reflections off the water and the colorful clouds. I was able to find a high vantage point on the top of a rock formation about 50 feet out and setup shop for the sunset.
